Meet the Team

"My earliest athletic background involves horses. I grew up riding, training, and showing horses. In college, I dabbled in bodybuilding and teaching group classes. I fell in love with how the body moves and changes. After my first bodybuilding show, I hurt my back and shoulder which led me to seeking out help through massage therapy. Wanting to help people while working for myself was my only career goal and I knew I could do that through massage. Turns out I have a God-given gift for it too. It's been my dream to build a place for athletes and anyone seeking pain relief to come and experience a pain free and prosperous life! I am so blessed to have done just that.

I specilize in deep tissue, sports massage, and NeuroKinetic therapy to help my clients get back to their sports and lives.'

"My passion for massage stems from my engineering background. My treatments focus on figuring out the root cause of the knots and tension while addressing them simultaneously. I have worked with professional athletes and am not afraid to bring pressure to those looking for extra deep work.

I am certified in psoas release work, thai massage, advanced TMJ treatment, and Bioelectric Meridian therapy.

"After developing back pain at 11 and struggling with that growing up, I knew I wanted a career where I can help people live a more pain free life. I considered PTA school, but loved the hands on approach of massage therapy. I am a licensed MA and LMT. I went to Roane State and found that passion for helping others through massage!

I am certified in NeuroKinetic Therapy, and like to use modalities like cupping, scraping, stretching, and mobility work in my sessions as well."
