ABOUT OUR SERVICES

At Phoenix Performance Massage, we offer different types of massage. However our booking site does not reflect this. Sometimes the client needs one type the first session, then we transition into something else. Your session is always tailored to your needs. We do not charge different for different types of massage. If you have any questions about our services or what would suit you best, contact us.

DEEP TISSUE

Not your spa deep tissue massage. This is therapeutic and will resolve your knots, but we have some work to get done!

SPORTS MASSAGE

This is faster and not as relaxing as deep tissue. Also more likely to use tools like cups and scrapers. Goal is to increase range of motion, decrease soreness, and flush muscles.

NEUROKINETIC THERAPY

This is like if PT and massage had a baby. Using muscle tests to find why some muscles and movement patterns are painful or lacking. You are a very active participant in this. Only Caroline and Maggie are trained in this currently.

BIOELECTRIC MERIDIAN THERAPY

Using a low level electronic device and a trained therapists touch, this is gentler work to restore the energy pathways on a cellular level and relieve pain.

Only Andrew is trained in this currently.
